Music Curricular Objectives

“Every Westwoodian to be musically-literate and to appreciate Music.”

The Westwood Music Department seeks to have every child develop an appreciation for music in local and global cultures. The curriculum and programmes allow for creative expression and communication through music. The Performing Arts Curriculum is both teacher-led and vendor-led with the aim that pupils will be exposed to a wide variety of genres and develop a love for the different forms of music and dance.
